restrictions related to COVID-19,
the traditional Memorial Day public
gathering and service at the Oregon Korean
War Memorial will again be a smaller event,
limited to 50 participants only.

*The Consul General of Korea,
Won-Jik Kwon, making his first official
visit to Oregon, will be in attendance.
*Wreaths from Korean War Veterans
Association-Oregon Trail Chapter (KWVA),
American Legion Post 65 and the Korean War
Memorial Foundation of Oregon (KWMFO)
will be placed at the Memorial site
at 11:00am and taps will be played,
followed by brief speeches by dignitaries
and a flyover. Anyone at the Memorial
at the time is asked to maintain proper
