Memorial Day ceremony at Winona Cemetery, the traditional host site for the event. As of 2023 the ceremony will be right on the public Lake at the Commons in the heart of the city.

Tualatin’s annual Memorial Day picnic at Tualatin Community Park is a truly wonderful event. The park is set right along the Tualatin River with nature trails and a beautiful playground for kids. There were more than twenty sponsors in 2022 including the City of Tualatin.
