What time will the 173rd flyover Brookings, OR for memorial day 2025?
Hi Mat. 12 p.m. PST is the estimated flyover time according to the 173rd press release. The flight will be coming from Gold Beach, so look for the planes to come from the North. You can find the full flight schedule here.

When is the Flyover and which location will it be at for ’24? Thank you.
Hi Greg! Great question. I contacted the folks at Roseburg Memorial Cemetery this morning and went a step further, contacting the Public Affairs Officer of the 173rd Fighter Wing (out of Kingsley Field Oregon Air National Guard Base in Klamath Falls). *I can confirm that the flyover, by the F-15s, will indeed occur over_both_ of the Roseburg ceremonies (the one at Roseburg National_and_the one at Roseburg Memorial Gardens). Note that the official press release from the 173rd Wing with its schedule for Southern Oregon flyovers on Memorial Day will come out on Wednesday, May 22. I will update this post at that time, but you also should be able to find an online story from one of the bigger media outlets by next Thursday or Friday. I hope this helps. Take care. –Marc

Where do I sign up to participate in the Memorial Day parade
I am not aware of a Memorial Day parade in Roseburg (there is a Memorial Day parade there on Veterans Day and on the Fourth of July, however). Are you looking for info for a Memorial Day parade elsewhere in Douglas County? Over in Reedsport they are holding their terrific, annual Memorial Day weekend parade again this year on Sunday, May 29th. You can find sign-up info for that parade here. Klamath Falls also has a Memorial Day parade, on Monday, May 30th. Their sign-up information is a little harder to track down.
If you still have questions, or think there are any Memorial Day parades we are not listing here on Memorial Day Oregon, please don’t hesitate to reply back. -Marc
