[The parade makes its way east down 4th Street several blocks to Elm Street, ending at the Memorial Park area of Ochoco Creek Park, where there are POW/MIA and Hot Shots monuments. From here, folks walk north one block and pack the Elm Street Bridge across Ochoco Creek for a wreath-laying ceremony].

Elm Street Bridge Wreath Drop
[After the parade, folks walk North on Elm Street one block to the Elm Street Bridge, the city’s new, main bridge over Ochoco Creek and orient themselves facing West for a special wreath ceremony. Representatives from the Prineville VFW Auxiliary and American Legion ceremonially drop specially-designed, all-natural memorial wreaths into the Creek in honor of U.S. military veterans who have died at sea].
