  1. As a veteran, I would like to play taps at the Hero Memorial, on Memorial Day, provided there is an electrical outlet. I was hoping to do it on the hour from 6am to 6pm. Except during the service. Please let me know if you all would be okay with that and if there is an outlet. If no outlet is available, I can do it without one.

    Thank You

    1. Hi Ed. First of all, thank you so much for your service to our country. And thank you for being so dedicated to the folks in Gresham on Memorial Day, who I am sure would be so moved to be able to hear you play taps later this month, on Monday, May 29th. I have spoken with VFW Post 180 in Gresham which puts on the event at Gresham Heroes Memorial. They confirm that there is indeed an electrical plug at the Memorial. I have forwarded your request to the Commander of the Post. I am sure he will be following up with you by email shortly to make further arrangements. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do. Take care, Sir. And thank you again. I sincerely hope you have a meaningful Memorial Day!
