Memorial Day in Forest Grove community members gather for a formal ceremony at historic Forest View cemetery. The remains of over 1000 veterans are here. American Legion Post 2 hosts the event with the Scouts, the ALA, Oregon Air Guard and the local Army Guard Field Artillery Battalion. The event features guest speakers, a 21-gun salute, musical performances, and an F-15 fighter jet flyover.
